User Lock / Unlock Utility


InfoNote - Access to the User Lock / Unlock Utility is provided to admin users only.

Step 1: Initiating the User Lock /  Unlock Utility

  1. Log in to the POMS application using valid administrator credentials.

  2. Navigate to User Lock /  Unlock Utility

    • Go to Administration > Security > Authorization > User Lock/Unlock Utility
    • The system will display the User Lock/Unlock Utility screen.



Step 2: Enter User Details

  1. Enter the User Name or User ID.

  2. Select the Company from the dropdown list.



Step  3 : Retrieve Data

The system will display all locked users associated with the selected company.



    Step 4 : Unlock User

  • Locate the required user from the list.
  • Uncheck the “Is Account Locked” option.




  • Step 5: Save Changes

    1. Click on Save to update the user status.
    2. Confirm that the changes have been successfully saved.




    Notes
    Please note: If a user does not use their POMS User ID for more than 15 days, the account will be marked as inactive (dormant) and deactivated. Once deactivated, the user ID cannot be reactivated.
