1. Log in to the POMS Application: - Use your assigned username and password to log into the POMS application.
2. Navigate to the TCS Customer Mapping Utility
Administration → Management → TCS Customer Mapping Utility.


Step 2: Entering Customer Details
This step is about mapping a customer who is applicable for the TCS.
- The APS will be reflecting in the Utility
- Customer: The user can select the desired Customer using the Customer drop down which will help the user to only map the TCS with particular customer.
- Get Data: The Get Data Button will populate the data in the Screen for the Customer which is selected in the Customer Field. Also, if user does not select the customer and clicks on the Get Data button then all the Customers of the respective APS will populate in the result Area.
- Un-tag All Customer: The "Un-Tag all Customer" button will help the user to unmapped all the Customers against which the TCS is availed. This needs to be done post populating all the customer data by clicking on "Get Data" button.
- Customer Code: This will reflect the Code of the Customer.
- Customer Name: This will reflect the Name of the Customer.
- PAN Availability: User to Select the "Yes/No" for availing the TCS against the desired Customer.
- TCS% with PAN: This check will be auto check after selecting "Yes" in the PAN Availability and post saving the Utility the TCS will be start applying to the Customer.
- TCS Un-Tag: This check needs to be done manually by the user so that since that date the TCS will be not applicable for the desired customer.
Note: The user will have to Save the Utility post doing the changes or modifications in the Utility.
