Post-Uninstallation Process

Post-Uninstallation Process:

After uninstalling the program, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Open File Explorer

  • Press Windows + E to open File Explorer.

  • Open Local Drive ( C ).


Step 2: Navigate to Your User Directory

  • Go to C:\Users.



Step 3: Double-click your username folder 

  • (e.g., C:\Users\JohnDoe).




Step 4: Access the AppData Folder

  • If the AppData folder is hidden:

    • Click on the View tab in File Explorer.

    • Check the box labeled Hidden items.





Step 5: Open the Local Folder

  • Inside AppData, open the Local folder.



Step 6: Open the Apps Folder

  • Locate and open the Apps folder.



Step 7: Delete the 2.0 Folder

  • Right-click the folder named 2.0.

  • Select Delete.

  • If prompted, confirm the deletion.



8. Post-Deletion Steps

  • Empty the Recycle Bin if permanent removal is desired.

  • Restart the system if necessary.
