How to Generate Stock Position As On Report?

Step 1: Access the Report

  1. Navigate to the Report:
To access the Stock Position As On report, follow the navigation path:

Parts > Reports > Inventory > Stock > Stock Position As On.




Step 2: Apply Filters

Once the report interface opens, you will be presented with various filter options. Applying the correct filters ensures that the report displays the desired stock information.

  • Filter ASelect Branch, Location, Material Type, and Part Code
    • Branch: Select the branch where the stock is being held.
    • Location: Choose the location within the branch (e.g., warehouse, shelf).
    • Material Type: Select the material type (e.g., raw material, finished goods, etc.).
    • Part Code: If you need to generate the report for a specific part, enter the Part Code of the item you want to check the quantity for.
  • Filter BDate-wise Filters
    You can also apply date filters to restrict the report to a specific time frame:
    • Week To Date: View stock data for the current week up to the current date.
    • Month To Date: View stock data for the current month up to the current date.
    • Other available date filters (if applicable) can also be selected as per requirements.
Click on the "Generate Report" Button: -  After applying the necessary filters, click the Generate Report button to retrieve the stock position data.
View Report: -  The system will process the data and display the Stock Position As On report based on your selected filters.




NotesAdditional Notes:

  • Ensure that all filters are applied correctly to avoid incomplete or inaccurate reports.
  • The report will display data as of the date selected, providing an up-to-date view of stock levels.
  • Depending on system speed and data volume, generating the report may take a few moments.
